Campus card:

The International School will apply for campus cards for new students and issue them after registration completed. International students need to use campus cards at school cafeterias, supermarkets, dormitories, etc.

Recharge method: (1) You can recharge via WeChat—Beijing Wuzi University Enterprise Account—All-in-One Card Service—Campus Card.

(2) Or in Alipay - search for the campus card applet - click recharge.

Note: After recharging, you need to confirm it at the transfer machine in Chongde Building or at the students’ cafeteria.

 

Please keep in mind the card number. If you lose or damage the card accidentally, you must report the loss to the card service center immediately, and re-apply as well as pay for the production cost of the campus card. The new campus card will be ready to use after 24 hours.


Student card:

Non-degree students: After registration, student will receive a campus card, which can be used as student ID card. If you lose it accidentally, please report the loss and apply for a replacement at the campus card service center with your student number.

 

Degree-students: One month after registration, students can get their student ID cards at the admissions office of the International School. If you lose it accidentally, you should go to the International School Office to apply for a replacement.

 

At the beginning of each semester, degree-students need to register at both the academic administration office of their school and the academic administration office of the International School; non-degree students need to register at the admissions office of the International School.
