Campus Safety Regulations

1. International students must abide by the “Constitution of the People's Republic of China”, and must not endanger China’s national security and public interests, or disrupt public order, or engage in activities inconsistent with their status.


2. International students should abide by Chinese laws and regulations, as well as the rules and regulations of Beijing Wuzi University. Any violation of Chinese laws shall be investigated and dealt with by the Chinese Public Security and Judicial Departments in accordance with Chinese laws. Any violation of school rules and regulations shall be dealt with accordingly by the school.

 

3. The ethnic customs and religious beliefs of international students will be respected. International students and groups of international students are encouraged and supported to engage in academic, technological, artistic, cultural, recreational and sports activities that are beneficial to physical and mental health. However, missionary activities and religious gatherings are strictly prohibited on campus, and extracurricular activities shall not affect teaching and campus life.

 

4.Large-scale gatherings, parades, demonstrations and other activities of international students shall obtain approval first in accordance with legal procedures and relevant regulations. Demonstrations and gatherings without the approval of the school shall be deemed unlawful and prohibited.

 

5. International students are not allowed to drive unlicensed motorcycles, electric vehicles, automobiles and other motor vehicles on campus. When driving motor vehicles on campus, vehicles shall be parked at the specified locations and traffic rules shall be observed. Honking horns are prohibited on campus and the speed of at the school gate shall not exceed 5 kilometers per hour, and the speed on campus shall not exceed 15 kilometers per hour.

 

6. International students are not allowed to engage in business or commercial activities during their studies at the school, but they can conduct off-campus internship activities in accordance with relevant regulations.

 

7. International students should abide by the study discipline, such as attending classes as scheduled, being punctual, and asking for sick leave or business leave when going out.

 

8. Alcohol abuse and gambling are not allowed both inside and outside of the school. Playing mahjong on campus is strictly prohibited. International students shall consciously observe and maintain the order in public places. It is strictly prohibited to disturb public order and infringe on the personal rights of others by making noises, smashing wine bottles, fighting, brawling, and armed crime.

 

9. International students are not allowed to accommodate guests in the dormitory. In case of violation, their qualifications for on-campus dormitory accommodation will be cancelled. In special circumstances, approval of the Student Housing Center should be obtained.

 

10. International students must not demolish, relocate, damage or destroy campus facilities as well as transportation and monitoring equipment.

 

11. International students must not smoke in the apartment. It is strictly forbidden to use open flames, or burn waste paper and sundries in the building. Those who cause losses due to personal reasons shall bear the responsibility. In case of serious loss, the responsible student shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to relevant laws.
