Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the relevant documents of the superior in order to standardize the accommodation management of apartments for international students and create a civilized, healthy, clean and comfortable learning and living environment.
Article 2 The dormitory for international students shall be managed by the International College of Beijing Wuzi University .
Article 3 The dormitory for international students is used to receive international students, and international students shall obey the management and cooperate with the work of the school.
Chapter 2 Check-in and Check-out
Article 4 International students shall be uniformly arranged after approval by the International College;
Article 5 Present your valid passport, visa and admission notice to complete the accommodation procedures;
Article 6 Students shall obey the arrangement, stay in the designated room, and arrange the room for school
The party tries to consider the nationality, beliefs and personal special requirements of international students;
Article 7 International students should go to the office to complete the relevant procedures when leaving the accommodation.
Chapter 3 Accommodation Management
Article 8 Abide by the laws and regulations of China and the relevant management regulations of Beijing Wuzi University ;
Article 9 It is forbidden to engage in any illegal activities in the apartment;
Article 10 It is forbidden to stay in others, and if there is any violation, it will be ordered to leave the night and cancel the qualification for on-campus housing;
Article 11 It is forbidden to store contraband, dangerous goods, flammable and explosive materials in the room;
Article 12 It is forbidden to pull wires without permission in the room or use dangerous electrical appliances such as induction cookers, electric heaters, electric blankets and other dangerous electrical appliances in violation of regulations;
Article 13 It is forbidden to smoke in rooms and corridors;
Article 14 It is forbidden to disassemble or modify the facilities in the room without authorization, and if there is any failure, please notify the management in time;
Article 15 It is forbidden to move the furniture in the guest room casually, and if there is any damage or loss, compensation shall be made according to the price;
Article 16 It is forbidden to hang indiscriminately, step on footprints, graffiti or put up posters on walls;
Article 17 Loud noise is prohibited after 22:00 p.m.;
Article 18 It is forbidden to keep pets in the apartment;
Article 19 The room shall not be moved or forcibly occupied without permission, and the school has the right to enter the room directly when necessary. The space and equipment in the house should be used together with the same house, and it is not allowed to occupy the space of others for a long time without permission;
Article 20 If only one party moves out and only one person is left to stay, the school has the right to arrange for others to share a room or adjust the room on the premise of taking into account the nationality and living habits as much as possible.
Chapter 4 Punishment System
Those who violate any of the following terms will be directly disqualified from on-campus accommodation once discovered:
Article 21 Staying overnight with permission to others;
Article 22 Using student dormitories to engage in illegal activities;
Article 23 Causing potential safety hazards to student dormitories;
Article 24 Failure to cooperate with the school in completing registration formalities after visa renewal;
Article 25 Long-term failure to cooperate with the inspection of the room;
Article 26 Possession of prohibited items;
Article 27 The dormitory is sub-leasing or subleased to others.
Chapter 5 Security Management
Article 28 All power supplies shall be turned off when going out; It is forbidden to use high-power electrical appliances above 800W such as electric blankets, induction cookers, liquefied gas stoves, alcohol stoves, electric irons, and electric heaters in the room; Otherwise, the fire and other safety accidents caused by this shall be borne by me and shall be responsible for compensation;
Article 29 When leaving the room, the doors and windows should be closed, it is forbidden to store a large amount of cash and valuables in the room, and personal valuables shall be properly kept by the individual; In case of theft, robbery or loss of items, on-site protection should be done and reported to the on-duty personnel in time;
Article 30 The room key shall not be handed over to others for safekeeping and use, otherwise all responsibilities such as loss and theft of personal and public belongings caused thereby shall be borne by the person.
Chapter 6 Fees
Article 31 International students must pay a deposit of RMB 1,000 per person upon check-in, and the apartment management will return the deposit with the receipt after checking the room at the end of the accommodation period;
Article 32 International students shall pay a one-time accommodation fee for one semester. Payment is made during the first or second week of school. If you overdue the deadline, you will be charged a 5% late fee, if you cannot pay it all at once under special circumstances, you need to fill in the "Deferred Application for Payment" at the office of International College;
Article 33 If an international student checks out midway due to personal reasons before the end of the semester, the accommodation fee will not be refunded;
Article 34 The Internet fee shall be borne jointly by the occupants of the room;
Article 35 If the room facilities and configuration items are lost or damaged due to personal reasons during the stay, the same amount shall be purchased or compensated according to the original items.
Chapter 7 Provisions on the Management of Guests
Article 36 In order to ensure the normal life and study of international students, the meeting time of the international student residence is: 8:00---21:00, and visitors should leave within the specified time;
Article 37 International students shall urge invited visitors to take the initiative to present valid identity documents to the duty officer, carefully fill in the "Visitor Registration Form", and obtain the consent of the interviewee and the dormitory staff before entering the international student's apartment to meet guests. Those who do not bring any documents or refuse to show them will not be allowed to enter the apartment. When the guest leaves, the visitor should sign the guest registration form for confirmation;
Article 38 If overseas visitors need to stay overnight, they should first report to the International College and only after obtaining consent can they stay in our serviced apartments;
Article 39 The management of the apartment has the right and responsibility to correct the violation of the regulations on the management of the dormitory for international students and report to the International College.
Chapter 8 Other Matters
Article 40 The hygiene in the room and the public kitchen shall be cleaned by the user;
Article 41 When checking out, the room shall be restored to its original state and inspected by the administrator, and the garbage shall be emptied;
Article 42 Fire prevention is strictly prevented, and if losses are caused by personal reasons, the individual shall bear it, and if the circumstances are serious, criminal responsibility shall be pursued according to law;
Article 43 Raise awareness of prevention, pay attention to preventing theft and theft, and lock doors in a timely manner when going out. Keep your keys safe and notify the apartment manager if you lose them. The cost of replacing the door lock or key shall be borne by the person;
Article 44 Safe use of water and electricity on the principle of conservation;
Article 45 Pay attention to public morality, keep quiet, and do not make loud noises in the apartment or engage in activities that affect the study and rest of others;
Article 46 These Regulations shall be implemented from the date of promulgation, and the International College shall be responsible for the interpretation of unspecified matters.
