各位2021级国际贸易学专业留学生：

根据学校硕士学位论文管理文件和培养方案的相关要求，经济学院和国际学院定于2023年4月12日上午8:30在崇德楼512会议室，进行2021级留学生开题答辩，现将开题分组安排进行公示。

1.学生陈述时首先介绍自己，线下学生请提前拷贝好ppt到电脑上，并标注序号。

2.每人陈述不超过7分钟，注意以秘书设置闹铃为准，铃响即停止陈述；评委提问环节8分钟，也将设置提示铃声，总计每个学生答辩时长控制在15分钟，学生请自行记录评委的意见建议。

3.开题答辩通过的两个标准：一是要求2/3以上评委打分为60分及以上，二是所有评委平均分为60分及以上，两者都达到视为答辩通过。

4.所有学生答辩结束后，学生退出，评委评议，不再让大家入会，结果学院会另行通知。

5.要求答辩通过的学生一周内修改完善开题报告，重新提交修改后的纸质版报告，导师需要在封面签署“同意修改”，并签字写日期。

Points for attention in defense

1. Students should first introduce themselves during presentation. Offline students should copy the ppt to the computer in advance and mark the serial number.

2. Each student shall make a presentation for no more than 7 minutes. Note that the secretary sets the alarm. The question session of the judges lasts for 8 minutes, and the prompt bell will also be set. The total duration of each student's defense is limited to 15 minutes. Students should record the judges' opinions and suggestions by themselves.

3. There are two criteria for passing the defense of the proposal: one is that more than 2/3 of the judges are required to score 60 points or above; the other is that all the judges score 60 points or above on average. Both of them are deemed to have passed the defense.

4. After all the students' defense is over, the students will quit and be reviewed by the judges. The result will be notified by the college.

5. Students who pass the defense are required to revise and improve the proposal report within one week, and submit the revised paper version of the report again. The supervisor should sign "agree to revise" on the cover and sign the date.
