As you know from medium,we are experiencing a very special semester together with our Chinese and global students,on behalf of Beijing Wuzi University, I would like to expressour sincere gratitude to you for your understanding and support to our decisions inpostponingthedate of back-to-schoolofour local and international students and in remote teach-study. Thank you, our dear student,for overcomingdifficulties in online learning.
The Covid-19 virus is very serious and it's total new, there is no symptoms in more than ten dayswhen infected, so there are a lot of infections in the beginning of the outbreak,China is heavily hit,suchunprecedentednationwidemeasures asroad cutoff, city closure, business shutdown, village blockage, and family home-quarantine have been taken in order to blockits global spread. After more than 6weeks, it getscontrolled in China butnewly infected and deathcases are still reported daily,according to thegovernment, we have to have another several hard weeks in order to have a completewinat the anti-virus war!
Considering the epidemic prevention situation, wehave someproposals for you to follow:
1.Please have full confidence in the Chinese government's epidemic prevention measures, and believe thatChina will win, the world will win! As of now,there is nosuspected or confirmedcases of teachers and students in our school.All of our teachers and students are staying attheirhomes for quarantinerequirement. Our university has taken strict measures during theprevention and control phase as per the local government requirements, the university is in normal operation with about 50 administrative and logistics staff on their duties in their office and positions daily, the rest of the school people are required to stay at homes working online, the school doors are strictly controlled for admittance.Four international students andfifteenChinese students are blocked in the campus and they are stayingin their dormitoryin the campus,they are absolutely safe and well attended by our teachers, they can buy anything they need online and pickit which is delivered by public instant delivery system in half an hourat a deposit site at the gate of the university. Please rest assured! Allstudents back to home arerequired toreport theirtemperature daily andtokeep in touch with theuniversity. Teachersdeliver their courses onlineaccording to timetableand students attend courses onlineaccording to the timetable,teachersarerequired to havewechator video meetings withstudents frequently to make it sure that our students are psychologically and academically normal and going well!
2.Be sure that you can take good care of your personal hygiene and safety protection. Although the current epidemic situation has been greatly relieved but not yet stable, the development trend of the epidemic situation is not clear, and there is a possibility of recurrence.Virus is getting controlled in China butspreading worldwidewith confirmed cases appearing in many countries.We urge you to gettheknowledge ofscientificprevention and control,pleasewashyour hands frequently,keep airventilation in room, drink plenty of water,do physicalexercise,have good rest, don't study too hard to late night, avoid gathering outside, wear a mask when going out,restrict party activities in places with poor air circulation, and avoid contacting with wild animals and more. Your health and safety is ourprimary concern!
3.Please strictly observe school rules and disciplines andhave a good study habits. Althoughyou and your classmates come from different countries, speak different languages, and have different cultural backgrounds and value perceptions, at this moment, everyone has a common identity-a part of BeijingWuzi University (BWU)! Please keep in mind the rules and discipline. Althoughevery studenthome and abroadis strictly forbidden to return to Beijingand to be back tocampus, the teachingactivities of this semester has been started online smoothly. Althoughyou can't get backto school, I hope that you can studyonline at home, and get good results in the final exam, and use your own actions to showthe style of BWU to everyone, which makes the BWU proud of you!

当前，中国的防控新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情已经到了关键阶段，而我们也正在经历一个非常特殊的学期，感谢各位家长们的理解、支持，以及同学们克服困难，积极踊跃的投入新学期在线学习中！
为了科学有效地抵御肺炎疫情，为了保障同学们的健康安全，我们向各位家长和同学提出如下倡议:
1、坚定防控信心，最后胜利属于我们。截止目前，全校没有发现师生员工有疑似或者确诊病例。在疫情防控决胜阶段，学校制定了更加严密方案和详细措施。四名留校的留学生在封闭管理的校园中绝对安全，请家长们放心！也请所有的家长们、同学们随时与学校保持联系，保证沟通渠道畅通，保持乐观积极心态，坚定战胜疫情决心！
2、加强科学防护，保护好自己和家人。当前疫情虽然得到了很大缓解但尚未稳定，但疫情的发展变化趋势还不明朗，存在复发的可能性。同时，新冠病毒在全球蔓延的风险加大，多个国家相继出现确诊病例。同学们要加强自身防护，了解科学的疫情防控知识，勤洗手、勤通风、多喝水、加强锻炼、规律作息。避免出门聚集，外出带口罩，尽量不到人群聚集和空气流通不畅的场所活动，避免接触野生动物。你们的健康平安是学院最大的关切！
3、严守校规校纪，培养良好学习习惯。尽管同学们来自不同的国家，说着不同的语言，有着不同的文化背景和价值认知，但这一刻，大家有着共同的身份——北京物资学院的一份子！请同学们时刻牢记学校的校规校纪。虽然学校严禁返京、返校，但是本学期的教学工作已经顺利在线开启。尽管不能到校，但是在家的时候，希望各位同学们能够努力学习，认真投入到学校的在线教学中去，全力以赴在期末考试中取得好成绩，用自己的行动为身边人展现出物资学院学子的风采，让物资学院为你们感到骄傲！
