Accommodation procedures

Accommodation reservations

Beijing Wuzi University Science and International Student Residence can provide on-campus accommodation for foreign students. The current dormitory for international students only offers double rooms (with separate bathrooms). For apartment room types, facilities and prices, see " Accommodation Reservation

All international students admitted to our university are required to log in to the online registration system to apply and book on-campus accommodation online (reservation URL: ).

Special Notes:

1. Dormitories booked online will be retained for a maximum of 14 days from the date of registration due to registration. If you fail to register or leave as required, your online reservation will be automatically cancelled.

2. If the system cannot be used, please send an email to apply for a reservation. The School of International Education arranges rooms according to the needs of students and the actual situation.

3. Due to the limited number of room beds in the international student apartment, it cannot meet the on-campus accommodation needs of all international students, and it may not be possible to arrange for students who register late to live in the on-campus dormitory.

4. For international students who have not successfully booked on-campus accommodation or wish to live off-campus, they need to contact and rent a room off-campus.

Accommodation registration

On-campus housing registration

According to Chinese law, all international students can check in at the office of Schunk House International College with their passports after enrollment, and complete the payment procedures within one week after enrollment. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-11:30, 13:30-16:30.


Off-campus housing registration

International students living off-campus can register their accommodation at the local police station with their passports, obtain the Temporary Accommodation Registration Form, and submit a copy of the Temporary Accommodation Registration Form to the office of Schongde Building International College for the record, and keep the Temporary Accommodation Registration Form for subsequent use in the application for residence permit visas.

Check-in and check-out

Stay

1. All international students who have successfully booked on-campus accommodation should enter the campus according to the notified registration time, go to the office of Schongde Building International College to complete the enrollment procedures after entering the school, sign the "International Student Dormitory Occupancy Agreement", pay the deposit, and then receive the key to move in.

2. Room items must be maintained after check-in:

    1) Do not move any furniture and facilities in the room at will.

    2) Boarding students should properly use the furniture, equipment and daily items in the apartment, otherwise they will be compensated for the damage according to the price, except for normal wear and tear. Damaged items need to be compensated according to the price.

    3) Damage to the facilities in the room needs to be repaired in time, and the dormitory will not be liable for compensation for damage to personal belongings caused by failure to report in time. The repair point is located in the duty room of the apartment dormitory management.

Check

1. International students must inform the dormitory administrator of the specific date and time of leaving the dormitory 7 days in advance;

2. On the day of check-out, you need to return the key to the dormitory administrator, and cooperate with the inspection that there is no problem in the room, and check out the procedure;


Refund of room rate

International students are required to pay the accommodation fee for at least one semester (or the entire period of study) at once when they move into the dormitory.

If you need to check out in the middle of the semester for special reasons, please come to the office 15 days in advance.
