Accompanied by Vice President Long Baozheng, President Liu Jun and other person, visited JD’s cultural exhibition hall, JD World, JD’s home as well as self-service supermarket, learned more about JD’s research and development in the field of intelligent logistics technology and experienced the intelligent service of JD retail.
Vice President Long Baozheng expressed JD’s willingness to enhance the all-round cooperation with BWU based on the cooperation in the early stage. Vice President He Mingke briefly reviewed the achievement of the previous cooperation focusing on the establishment of JD College, and expressed gratitude to JD for its strong support in talent development, student employment, joint technology research, and party building cooperation, and hoped that both parties can innovate cooperation mechanisms and raised suggestions for the development of JD College. Wang Chenglin, Director of the Office of External Cooperation of BWU, Zhao Junyong, Director of the Personnel Department of BWU, Jiang Xu, Dean of School of Logistics of BWU, and Lv Bo, Vice Dean of Business School of BWU, also discussed strengthening education model of dual system, jointly establishing a resource sharing platform, developing Olympic logistics cooperation and so on. Relevant persons in charge of JD Logistics Education Industry Platform, JD Retail, and JD International also exchanged ideas on specific issues such as learning resource sharing and overseas staff training. President Liu Jun emphasized that JD Gruop is a leading company in the field of domestic logistics and e-commerce. He expressed his deep appreciation for the cooperation between JD Group and BWU, and expressed his gratitude to JD College for its support during BWU’ s 40th anniversary. President Liu Jun said that BWU is willing to actively connect with the high-quality resources of JD College and work together for the common porpuse of establishing a modern industrial college and exploring a new mode of University-enterprise cooperation.

This year, with the establishment of JD College as an important starting point, BWU opens up a new situation in cooperation with JD Group. Experts and tutors from JD Group have fully participated in the BWU’s teaching program and a pilot project in cooperative training will be launched soon.
