In order to promote international students' understanding and love of  Chinese traditional culture, as well as to enrich their extracurricular cultural life, the International School organized and guided international students to participate in the 2019 Chinese Classics Recitation Contest organized by State Language Commission of the Ministry of Education.

Two groups of international students from our university participated in this competition. The international students are from Malaysia, Laos, Thailand, Ghana and other countries. Both groups of programs have won outstanding awards. 

By participating in this event, international students from different countries have enhanced mutual understanding and harmonious relationship. It also made the international students appreciate the charm of traditional Chinese culture, which enhanced their further understanding of Chinese culture.
